With over 50 years of combined energy experience, our objective is to provide total account solutions to our customers.  Berkley Renewable Energy offers insurance products, in all 50 states for onshore exposures, for the energy industry as follows:

  • Commercial General Liability (includes optional time element pollution),

  • Umbrella (up to $25,000,000 in capacity),
  • Workers Compensation, including incidental exposures in accordance with the U.S. Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act (USL&H) and Federal  Employers Liability Act (FELA) , and
